KID STRONG with Feel Good Company

This one is for the kids!

Starting Tuesday April 1st  from 4:30pm-5:30pm and running 8 weeks concurrently through Tuesday May 20th, the KID STRONG program will focus on:

• Creating a strong body 
• Cultivating confidence 
• Collaborating in a gym environment 
• Learning safe exercise habits 
• Having fun while learning to take care of our bodies 
• A positive, inclusive environment 

All classes will take place at Feel Good Studio located at 52 Walton St. in downtown Port Hope.
