Identifying habits that you didn’t even realize are getting in your way. 🛑

Grabbing those habits, smashing them and leaving them behind in the wake of new ones. 

8 weeks. 

Exploring new thresholds, new boundaries, new foundations and then jumping off of them to create new ones. 

Embracing an environment free of judgement that will catapult your ability to be introspective leading to a better understanding of what makes you tick. 🧠
