Otherwise inconsequential without context and consistency.

These little wins don’t pop as much as washboard abs or bouncing biceps; you have to pay attention to see them but when they start to pop, they just keep popping. 

It’s waking up fresh. 

It’s that extra inch of stretch to grab the sock behind the dryer. 

It’s feeling content and light after dinner rather than popping that top button for relief.

It’s the extra set of curls. 

It’s grabbing the 20lbs’er for the first time without thinking twice. 

It’s feeling hydrated. 

It’s clarity. 

It’s creating momentum through positive actions and grabbing hold to create sustainability in your efforts.
