‘The everyday functional improvement is…unexpected. ‘ 

This came from a client earlier this week and it’s such an important acknowledgment to identify as part of this journey. 🙌

It was nice to feel validated in our approach but also a gentle reinforcement of what it is we’re doing here. 

For the vast majority of us, the goal is to simply make life a little…easier. 

Less pain ✅

Better movement ✅

Increased mental clarity ✅

Decreased negative self talk/cycles ✅

Less hesitation ✅

Higher quality sleep✅

Increased self confidence ✅

More self-love ✅

Improve relationships ✅

Stabilize moods ✅

Feel Good ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅


And from a very functional perspective, it lets me keep up with all of the litle monkeys in my life like these two. 🐵🐵

But you’ll notice abs and biceps aren’t even on the list. 👀

When we nail the above, we can start to incorporate the vanity projects. 👙

Once we start to look for them, the little improvements are captured week over week and with a bit of time, lead to big, meaningful changes. 

And from a very functional perspective, it lets me keep up with all of the litle monkeys in my life like these two. 🐵🐵
