Why do I train?

When I started training I’m not even sure that I knew why I was doing it.

I just knew that I felt terrible and was searching for something to make me feel better.

They all made me feel even worse.

So I (finally) listened to the people around me and took a more organic approach.

After a few failed attempts going in and out of the gym, it finally clicked.
I felt it.

Hope. Strength. Happiness.
It started with potential and clicked in with a smile.

I got to work.

I felt good.
And that’s when I knew…this is the way.

Before any physically transformation, training quite literally changed my life.

And eventually I felt pretty damn good in a t-shirt.
With a little bit of awareness and support, the impact of training can be immediate and significant.
If you’re searching for something, it might not be too far away.
The only thing left to do is start.
