The Monthly Movement Membership includes: 

• Unlimited personal training sessions at FGC Studio

• Guaranteed sessions times 

• Same Week Rescheduling 

• Access to discounted rates for additional classes at the FGC studio including bootcamps, yoga and stretch classes and personal training 

Please note that nutrition counselling is not included in this membership.

The monthly movement membership is billed every 3 months from the date of sign-up.
