KidStrong

KidStrong is a new program from Feel Good Company launching this fall! 

In this 10 week program we'll focus on learning how to use our bodies to create strength and confidence. We'll run, jump, play and learn the basics of how to lift and move with good form and safety. Most importantly, we'll learn how to have fun in the gym with our friends. 

This program runs concurrently from Tuesday September 15th through Tuesday November 17th. All sessions will take place at 5:30pm at the Feel Good Company studio located at 52 Walton St. in downtown Port Hope. 

This program is designed for kids 9-12 years old.
