Lengthen to Strengthen: A Mat Pilates Class by Davita

Starting Tuesday November 11th at 8am and running 6 weeks through Tuesday December 16th, Davita is thrilled to be bringing Mat Pilates to Feel Good Company in downtown Port Hope, where she brings her warmth, encouragement, and sense of humour—along with a dancer’s eye for detail—to create classes that make you feel good from the inside out

Davita’s movement journey began as a competitive dancer, and by the age of 15, she was already sharing her passion through teaching. Dance instilled in her a deep appreciation for the connection between body and mind—something she continues to carry into every class she teaches.

After becoming a mother to two beautiful children, Davita discovered Pilates as a way to rebuild her strength from the inside out. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a calling. She fell in love not only with the transformative power of Pilates, but also with the sense of community, support, and empowerment it fosters.

Now fully certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, Davita is passionate about helping others feel strong, grounded, and confident through mindful movement. Her classes are inclusive and welcoming, designed to help every body move with greater ease, strength, and self-connection—at every stage of life.
