Strong After Dark is a mid-week reset designed to help you move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect to your strength — without the pressure or intimidation of a traditional pilates class.
This class blends pilates, functional strength and mobility work in a way that feels grounding, challenging, and supportive. You’ll build strength week after week while also giving your nervous system a chance to reset after a long day.
Expect to sweat, breathe, and move with intention. The focus is on feeling strong, capable, and present — not on pushing past your limits for the sake of it. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, work at your own level, and leave feeling both energized and steady.
This is strength for real life. A chance to shake off the day, reset mid-week, and walk into the rest of your week feeling clear, grounded, and strong.
Participants will need a mat and water bottle. We'll take care of the rest.
Strong After Dark is a 6 week course starting Wednesday January 28th at 7:30pm at the Feel Good Company Studio in downtown Port Hope.
