If there’s one person in Port Hope that exudes passion and energy - it’s Ryan Wood.

We’ve all seen his videos.

It’s impossible not to feel his vibe.

And  now he’s coming to the new FGC studio live and in person.

Starting Tuesday March 10th at 6pm, Ryan will kick off a high energy 8 week program that is all about fun fitness.

Accessible at every level for those who love to dance, move and feel the energy of community- this new 8 week program is built for you.
